RESERVATION POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

We accept reservations for parties up to 5 people via Resy or by text or phone: (646) 841-2919. For parties of 5 or more, or those looking to make VIP bookings, please complete the form below and a member of our team will be in touch immediately to finalize your reservation.

Please note that by making a reservation with Victory NYC Lounge, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below:

 1.⁠ ⁠*Safety Responsibility:* Victory NYC Lounge provides smoking hookah services in compliance with local regulations. It is important to prioritize the safety of yourself and your companions while enjoying our facilities.

 2.⁠ ⁠*Caution with Burning Coal:* Burning coal is used in hookahs, and there are associated risks. We kindly ask that you exercise caution and vigilance to prevent any accidents related to burning coal.

 3.⁠ ⁠*Acceptance of Responsibility:* Upon entering our premises, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your safety and that of your companions. Victory NYC Lounge and its staff are not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from the use of hookahs or any other activities within our premises.

 4.⁠ ⁠*Compliance with Regulations:* Please ensure compliance with all local regulations and guidelines regarding the use of hookahs and smoking within our establishment.

Please be aware that there is currently no option on our website for guests to sign these terms and conditions. DRESS CODE

No offensive, Vulgar, or Inappropriate Attire, Athletic Attire, Tank Tops & Flip Flops/Slides. Victory Restaurant & Lounge reserves the right not to honor any reservations that does not meet the attire stated on our website, Resy or through reservations made over the phone. We thank you for understanding and for your support.

SEATING POLICY

Due to the high volume of guests our restaurant receives, we ask that all parties arrive upon seating.

No children & young adults under 21 years old.
